Opti Concierge

An AI concierge that plans family errands around your calendar

Ask Opti to plan a dinner, a technician visit or a haircut. It already knows the family calendar, the budget, your providers and your tastes — so it comes back with a time that works and the right place to book.

Plans that start from your family, not from zero

A general AI starts every errand from a blank page. Opti starts from what you already keep in OptiAI: who is free when, what is left in the budget this month, the contract you have with your HVAC company, and the places you love or never want to see again. That is why the first suggestion is usually the right one.

What Concierge does

A time that suits everyone

Opti reads the family calendar first, so the dinner, the AC service or the haircut lands when the people who need to be there are actually free. If something clashes, it says so plainly.

Your provider first

Got a contract with your HVAC company or a barber you always use? Opti shows them first, with what your contract covers. It never swaps your provider for someone else without telling you.

Three good options, each with a reason

When you need somewhere new, Opti offers up to three places that are open then and within budget, with one short line on why each one fits.

Knows your tastes

Tell Opti "we love Thai" or "never again" and it remembers. Places that clash with a family allergy or diet are left out, and Opti tells you why.

On the calendar automatically

Every plan is pencilled onto the family calendar as tentative straight away. Say "booked" and it becomes the real event — no "add to calendar" button to forget.

You book, with one tap

Opti hands you the provider’s booking page, phone number and directions, already set for the right day and party size where the provider supports it.

No online booking? Opti asks by email

For the plumber or the salon that only takes email, Opti writes a polite booking request from your family’s own Opti address, copies you in, and sends it only after you’ve read it. When they confirm, it lands on the calendar — confirmation number, QR code or ticket included.

You stay in charge

Opti never commits to anything on your behalf. It plans, holds the time as tentative on the family calendar and gives you everything you need to book in a tap. When you have booked, say so and the hold becomes the confirmed event. Every plan keeps a short history of what Opti suggested and what you chose, so nothing happens behind your back.

Private by design

To find places, Opti sends only a short description of what you want and an approximate area — never your name, your family’s details or your calendar. Allergy and diet notes are used only to leave unsuitable places out. When Opti emails a business, it reads the reply for the outcome and keeps no copy of the email text. Health appointment requests share only your name, times and a callback number, and stay private to you.

Keep the paperwork in the Document Vault. Booking confirmations and invoices can be kept in the vault alongside everything else.

Frequently asked questions

Does Opti book or pay for me?

Opti never pays for anything. It plans everything and holds the time on your family calendar, then hands you the provider’s booking link, phone number and directions. If a business only takes email, Opti can send a booking request for you — you see the exact email and tap Send — and when they confirm, the booking goes on the calendar automatically.

Which email address does Opti use?

Your household gets its own Opti address, set up automatically the first time — there is nothing to configure. You are copied on every email, so the whole conversation is in your own inbox too, and a business can reply STOP to never hear from Opti again.

What can Concierge plan?

Restaurant tables, a hotel night, home technicians such as an AC service or a plumber, flowers, and appointments like a haircut or a massage. It does not plan doctor, dentist or pharmacy visits; in the US and India it can email an appointment request to a clinic, sharing only your name, the times you offer and a callback number, and only you can see it.

Who can see our plans?

You, and the household members you choose to share with in Data sharing. Budget figures and allergy details are never written into a plan that others can see.

Will it keep asking how things went?

Only if you turn on taste learning, and then at most once a day — never on a difficult day and never to children. You can switch it off any time.

Can children use it?

Children can suggest an idea, but only an adult can plan a booking.

Is it available now?

Opti Concierge is rolling out to families. When it reaches your account it appears in the app menu, and you can start by asking Opti in chat.
